What are the delivery charges for my order?

Your only charges upon ordering will be the shipping costs, and sales tax. Tax rates do differ, depending on the state you're ordering from. 

How long will delivery take?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow us extra time, some orders will be made after the order has been processed. Orders will not be completed on weekends, or holidays.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there seems to be a significant delay in delivery on your order, we will contact you via email or telephone number provided with the order.

Returns / Exchange?

All products must be returned in the same condition they were received. No damaged, or worn products will qualify. Please refer to the Return Policy page for further information.

Tracking my order?

Shipping options are available at checkout, you will automatically receive notification updates via email. You will be given an option for SMS alerts when your tracking number becomes available and updated. You can also track your package through your account page, which will be updated as soon as the item is mailed.
